Carnival Birthday

This was Addi's 6th birthday party. We've given her a Hawaiian luau, an Elmo party, a Handy Manny party, a pony party, a princess party, and this year we had a carnival. From the giant 20 foot slide, cotton candy, popcorn, corn dogs, candy bar, games, and balloon and bubble man. The backyard was filled with friends and family, lots of laughter along with the oohs and aahs. Plus the weather was FABULOUS and so was the party. Here's a snap shot from the party day . . . .
20 foot slide was fun for the adults as well as the kids.

Outfit designed by the
Balloon/Bubble Man

fancy balloons
fun balloons
Balloons of all sizes with tiny rubber balls rolling around inside
Balloon Man had the kids making and catching gigantic bubbles.
Addi and her friends loved wearing the special eye goggles to pop the bubbles.
Cookie cake for dessert with dixie cups
Goofy kids playing with sunglasses from their treat bags.

Here's all donations given to Addi instead of birthday gifts.
She wanted to help homeless dogs in a shelter with food and toys.

So after the party, we . . .
loaded the car and got it ready for delivery the next day.

Here at the center, we carted wagon full of goods for the sheltered animals and Addi was given a tour of the dog suites by the Director of the Center.

Consider adopting a pet from the shelter if you are thinking of owning a pet.

Here's newly adopted Kona Egger, Addi's dog.
(adopted from a private owner)

Happy 6th Birthday, Addi !!
Luv you to the stars and moon and back!

Invited family and friends walked the hallways of East Ridge Elementary to enjoy the Arts by their students through the Art Docent Program. Art was very much appreciated by everyone.

Our Flower Girl

One of many the highlights this month was Addi being the flower girl in cousin Craig's wedding. See the pictorial below of her busy day.

A day that will be remembered for a lifetime. Blessings to Craig and Amanda, too!
