Mill Creek Festival

Addi performed at the festival in Mill Creek, dancing to the music of "My Girl" from her dance recital. But her very special day was topped off with meeting Eric, from her Horse Camp last summer. With a simple, "Hi, Eric!" it got her a free pony ride. What a lucky girl!

"My Girl"
Sorry, I could not figure out how to transfer my iphone video to my blog. Please check out the link below to see "My Girl" dancing.

Pony Ride
Watch Addi on her pony, Toby, as she handles the pony by all my herself. Handler, Eric, directs her with commands for her and Toby.

"BIG" Girl Birthday Party

Today, we celebrated Ella's 5th birthday with family and friends at the American Girl restaurant. Addi, with Baby B and Baby Boy, and Gracie and her baby welcomed "new baby," Chelsie Johnson, with "mama," Ella. The ladies enjoyed  salads, dips, pizza bites, and topped it off with desserts of baby ice cream cones, cake pops, and a variety tray. Later that evening, Ella chose Subway sandwiches for dinner which we ate at the Woodinville park and playground. Her family celebration dinner was held the following Wednesday at Grandma Susan's house.

Dessert time . . mini ice cream cones, cake pops, & variety tray!

Happy 5th Birthday, Ella!

Remlinger Farm

Our families (Addi Egger, the Romneys, Johnsons, & Kwocks) had a great day at the "farm." The kids loved going on their favorites rides, even though their absolute favorite ride, the roller coaster, was not operating that day. The weather was perfect, not too cold, not too hot, and no rain, until of course, we left for home. hahaha!

The ponies . . .

Can you guess who these characters are?

Steam Engine train ride . . .

Kona Baby

Addi girl's new puppy, Kona, spent the week at the Kwock's Boarding House while the owner went on vacation.  She is so lovable, playful, and doesn't want to miss out on the "party." She kept Pa and Nah hopping everyday! What a funny puppy dog . . . but we are glad that Addi had a great vacation and is home to care for her own dog.

Here's Kona sleeping in her doughnut, then literally crawling out of bed in the morning, and sunning herself by the back door.

Kona hid her "pig ear" by digging in the bushes and had Papa hunt for it.

No, Pa didn't find Kona's hidden treasure.

More sleeping positions, on the outside deck, her kennel, and cooling off in front of the fan.

Kona paused from playing with her penquin to watch TV and then kisses her friend.

Naughty, naughty, Kona!

Kona took a short spin around the block in Papa's "chariot", but she's not sure if she liked it! It is a long ways down to the ground . . . help someone!

 Soccer anyone?

We love you, Kona!
